WHAT IS TAP2TIP/TAP2DONATE RETURN’S POLICY?

PLEASE NOTE:

  • WATER/PHYSICAL DAMAGE/LOST OR STOLEN ARE NOT COVERED UNDER SHORT TERMS RENTAL/WARRANTY & DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
  • DEVICES REPAIRED PREVIOUSLY BY SOMEONE ELSE OTHER THAN TAP2TIP/TAP2DONATE ARE NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY.
  • BROKEN OR CRACKED SCREENS UNIT ARE ALREADY OUT OF WARRANTY AND WILL INCUR A CHARGE OF €650 IF LOST, STOLEN, NOT RETURNED OR UNIT DAMAGED BEYOND REPAIR.
  • ANY SERVICES CONDUCTED TO OUR UNIT MAY VOID ANY MANUFACTURER WARRANTY PROVIDED BY MANUFACTURER.
  • IF POWER BANKS ARE PROVIDED FOR EVENTS BY TAP2TIP/TAP2DONATE & NOT RETURNED THIS WILL INCUR A CHARGE OF €50 TO REPLACE.
  • IF POWER DC LEADS ARE MISSING ON RETURN OF EVENTS THIS WILL INCUR €20 CHARGE FOR REPLACEMENT.
  • WE OPERATE A 14 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE POLICY.
  • REPAIR MAY REQUIRE US TO UPDATE SOFTWARE/HARDWARE TO FIX YOUR UNIT.
  • CUSTOMER IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTENANCE OF THEIR RENTAL UNITS AND ARE ENCOURAGED TO DO BACKUP PRIOR TO THE ACTUAL REPAIR IS PERFORMED.
  • 30 DAYS WARRANTY ON PARTS INSTALLED BY TAP2TIP/TAP2DONATE, WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER ACCIDENTS, PERSONAL NEGLIGENCE.
